Your Frankenbusiness

Let's be honest... you didn’t consciously CREATE your coaching business did you?

You assembled it.

Piece by piece.

Strategy by strategy.

Tactic by tactic.

Tweak by tweak.

Panic by panic.

You added what 'the experts' all said you NEEDED to add in order to become successful.

Funnels. Frameworks. Content systems. Sales tactics. Positioning tweaks. Branding advice. Offer ladders. Lead magnets. Algorithms. Visibility strategies. Daily posting schedules. The list goes on... and on... and on.

And because every new thing promised certainty, momentum or growth… you kept adding more. And more. And more still.

Until eventually…

...you ended up with a Frankenbusiness bolted together from a hundred 'good ideas' and 'best practices' that no longer fully reflects who you are, what you believe or what's important to you.

Sure, you have a business... but it's not really YOURS anymore, is it?

Most coaches think they have a marketing problem.

Or a pricing problem.

Or a visibility problem.

But they DON'T.

Those are just the symptoms, not the causes of the REAL problem that's keeping them from having the business they first dreamed of.

In Truth...

They have a COHERENCE problem.

The symptoms

When a coaching business is misaligned and bolted together, you can see it everywhere.

Your marketing voice changes depending on who you’ve been listening to recently and what THEY say you should do more or less of.
Your offers don’t fully match your actual strengths and what you LOVE coaching around.
Your pricing reflects fear and hope more than confidence and certainty.
Your content is a mish-mash of hooks, soundbites, '3 quick tips' and pre-written AI word-vomit.
You keep adding new tools like podcasts, membership sites, AI assistants and sales bots but it's just making things more complex and stressful to manage.
Your business technically works… but drains the life out of you physically and emotionally as it takes you on the rollercoaster ride from boredom to burnout.
You can’t fully rest because the whole thing feels unstable, unpredictable and like it'll all fall apart without your constant presence and oversight.
Deep down… you know the business isn’t YOURS. It's been made for everyone BUT you.
The real issue

Structure ALWAYS reveals the identity beneath it.

Which means your business problems are rarely JUST business problems.

They’re usually IDENTITY problems made visible.

STANDARDS problems made operational.

SELF-TRUST problems made structural.

And until the business becomes coherent and aligned with who you REALLY are…

...no amount of tactics will EVER make the whole thing fully click into place.
