A Dax Moy Principle

You Don’t Need To Be More.
You Need To Be ALL.

You don’t have to become more than you are right now. But you DO have to start showing up as ALL of who you are.

What It Means

Most personal development begins with an assumption that there’s something missing.

More confidence.

More discipline.

More courage.

More knowledge.

More skill.

Sometimes there is.

But often the bigger problem isn’t absence.

It’s EXCLUSION.

You’ve learned which parts of yourself are acceptable, useful, impressive, professional or safe...

...and quietly pushed the rest into a cupboard.

Your softness.

Your weirdness.

Your playfulness.

Your anger.

Your ambition.

Your sensitivity.

Your creativity.

Your certainty.

Your uncertainty.

Then you try to build a life using only the approved bits.

I don’t think transformation always requires adding something.

Sometimes it requires recovering what you stopped allowing yourself to use.

Part of the collection of principles, frameworks and ideas that shape how I think about identity, transformation, performance, business and life.
