Last updated: 3 November 2026

www.DaxMoy.com (Dax Moy Transformational Coaching) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. Who we are

Dax Moy Transformational Coaching is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can contact us about anything in it at Dax@DaxMoy.com.

2. Information we collect

We may collect and process the following personal data:

  • Contact details, such as your name and email address, when you request a free report, take the 7M's Coaching Business Diagnostic, apply for a programme or fill in any other form on our website.
  • Lead form details, such as your name, email address and any answers you give, when you request something through a form inside Facebook or Instagram.
  • Diagnostic and application answers, such as your answers about your coaching business, so we can send you the right result and follow-up.
  • Technical data, such as your IP address, browser type and cookies, to run and improve the website and measure our advertising.
  • Communication data, such as emails or messages you send us.
  • Payment details when you buy a programme. Payments are handled by our payment providers, and we do not store your full card details.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data. If you choose to share it with us, for example in a message, we will only use it to respond to you.

3. How we use your data

We process your data to:

  • Send you what you asked for, such as a report or your diagnostic result.
  • Send you emails about our coaching, programmes and ideas, if you have agreed to receive them.
  • Respond to your enquiries and applications and deliver our services.
  • Measure and improve our website and our advertising.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

4. Legal basis for processing

We only process your personal data when we have a lawful basis, including:

  • Legal obligations, for example tax and accounting records.
  • Legitimate interests, for example keeping our website secure and understanding how it is used.

We use trusted service providers to run our business. They only process your data on our instructions:

  • AWeber, our email service, which stores our email list and sends our emails.
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram), for advertising, lead forms and the Meta Pixel on our website.
  • Our website host and WordPress tools, which run this website.
  • Payment providers, which process payments for our programmes.

Some of these providers are based outside the UK, including in the United States. Where your data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on the safeguards UK data protection law allows, such as adequacy regulations or approved contract terms.

6. Cookies and the Meta Pixel

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel. These help the website work, show us how pages are used, and let us measure our Facebook and Instagram ads and show relevant ads to people who have visited the site. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can manage ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings.

7. Data retention

We keep your personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, or as long as the law requires. If you unsubscribe from our emails, we keep a record of your email address so we do not contact you again.
