A Dax Moy Principle

Change Is Something You Do.
Transformation Is Something You Become.

Change alters behaviour. Transformation alters the person producing the behaviour.

What It Means

You can change your diary.

Change your diet.

Change your pricing.

Change your morning routine.

Change your marketing.

And sometimes that’s exactly what’s required.

But changing what you DO doesn’t necessarily change who you are while doing it.

That’s why people can create impressive results and still feel like they’re constantly dragging themselves uphill to maintain them.

Transformation goes deeper.

It changes identity.

Standards.

Expectations.

Decisions.

What feels normal.

What you tolerate.

What you no longer need to force.

The goal isn’t simply better behaviour.

It’s becoming the kind of person for whom the behaviour increasingly makes sense.
