Why a Successful Coaching Business Should Need Less of You Not More

When people talk about coaching business results, they usually talk about growth.

More clients.

More revenue.

More reach.

And yeah, I get it, those things matter.

But some of the results I'm proudest of sound like less.

Clients working less and having more time with family.

Spending less time worrying about the next sale.

Needing fewer calls, funnels and moving parts to make the business work.

Feeling less trapped by the thing they originally built to create freedom.

A different standard

That isn't a lack of ambition.

It's a different standard for what a successful coaching business is SUPPOSED to produce.

Because if more revenue requires more hours, more stress and more dependence on your constant attention, the business might be growing while your LIFE gets smaller.

I don't think that's success.

I think a strong coaching business should become more valuable without becoming more demanding in equal measure.

It should create space.

Space to think.

Space to recover.

Space for relationships, adventure and a life that doesn't need to be squeezed around the edges of work.

So look, if you're focusing on success, don't just measure what your business gives you MORE of.

Measure what it allows you to need LESS of too.

One of the best business results is needing your business less.

Truth, joy and love
